The printed timetable may still have said Llanelly but the destination blind is sporting the new (or is that the revived old?) spelling. Interesting to see the old Western Region chocolate and cream station signage lingering as the corporate blue/grey era begins to take hold.
I think it may have been a “Y”, but the glass is grubby – can’t make out the top of the letter. (A year or two later, common sense prevailed and they went to Swansea – or should that be Abertawe?)
